Visitor Services

There are a number of staffed visitor information centers throughout the St. Louis area:

• Gateway Arch Visitor Center – Located on the museum level of the visitor center
• America’s Center Convention Complex – Open during conventions and America's Center events
• Forest Park – Located at the Dennis and Judith Jones Visitor & Education Center, 5595 Grand Drive in Forest Park, which is east of the Missouri History Museum
• St. Louis Union Station – Located at the entrance to St. Louis Aquarium
• Kiener Plaza – Open seasonally at 600 Chestnut Street in the middle of Kiener Plaza
• St. Louis Lambert International Airport – Terminal 1, on the lower level by the baggage claim area
• St. Louis Lambert International Airport – Terminal 2, on the lower level by the baggage claim area
